Krista began studying Pilates as a young ballet student and continued to practice throughout her performing career. As a lifelong movement enthusiast, Krista finds Pilates to be an invaluable tool toward achieving a stronger, more balanced body. In 2006 she received her Classical teaching certification and has participated in multiple continuing education courses with Shari Berkowitz, focusing on anatomy and proper bio-mechanics. Krista is passionate about sharing with clients of all ages and abilities the joy and tremendous benefits movement can provide. With an eye for detail, students are offered clear instruction for a challenging, refined practice.
