Our studio is located in the historic Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia. You'll find us working up a sweat inside the Time Building (Suite 204) located at 1709 Colley Ave. We're experts in Pilates personal training, Pilates duets and semi-private sessions, Reformer, Pilates Mat, & Cycling classes.
We're also a Pilates Teacher Training facility offering quality education and assessment based training for future Pilates professionals.

Here's a Brief Description of our Classes. . .
MAT CLASSES
Mat classes are done on the floor with a mat, standing or sitting on a ball. This can be beginner, intermediate or advanced. We also incorporate props to really get things interesting in class. This class is an entire body workout at any level. Our instructors will make sure you are working at your level and with any restrictions you may have.PILATES REFORMER
We do require an introduction package if you are a first time reformer student. We offer discounted introductory one-on-one sessions for first time students- 4 sessions in 30 days to get you up to speed. Schedule with our front desk team today!CYCLING CLASSES
We are so excited to offer cardio cycling classes and the energy in the Cycling Studio is bound to get your heart pumping. We have belt drive Spinning bikes and they are so smooth! Our instructors are here for you to enjoy your ride to the fullest. To be prepared you will need to be hydrated (because you will sweat!!), have comfortable sneakers or indoor bike shoes, close fitting workout pants or bike shorts and a water. The best thing not to forget is you!! This will be the best addition to your Pilates experience in CoreVelo Studio. Cycling Classes are CoreVelo 30/30, where we cycle for 30 min and have pilates mat for 30 min. Then our Cycle 45 is 45 min of Cardio on the bike.INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
Here at CoreVelo Pilates and Cycling Studio we also have a Teacher Training Academy. Therefor we have apprentice instructors ready to teach you at a discounted rate. As long as you are healthy and don't have any major injuries you are free to work with them. Please call CoreVelo Studio to set up an appointment.How to prepare for your classes
PILATES SESSIONS
Form fitting clothing work best as it allows the instructor to see your alignment better. Please wear comfortable workout clothes, shorts with compression shorts underneath or leggings and a tank or tee for the top. Pilates sessions are performed in bare feet or in sticky socks with grip for safety. You can purchase these socks in the Studio.

CYCLING CLASSES
Dress for comfort as you will work up a sweat! Athletic shorts or capris are recommended as well as bike shorts for full sit bones comfort. Please wear athletic shoes or SPD cleat indoor cycling shoes for classes.HYDRATING
Hydrating is important since you will sweat a lot in the cycling class. We have water for purchase or you can bring your own. There is access to a water fountain to refill if needed.

PARKING
Parking is located on the street in front of our building or on adjacent side streets. A small parking lot is located off of Brandon Ave behind our neighboring building.ENTRANCE
Upon entering the Time Building entrance at 1709 Colley Ave. you will need to follow posted instructions on a call box to ring up to our studio located on the second floor. Take the elevator to the second floor or take two flights of stairs to Suite 204.

CANCELLATION
All sessions require prior reservation to reserve your spot in class or time slot on the schedule. Any cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to appointment or class start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will result in the full session charge. Please do not attend class if you are ill or contagious for the welfare of others.We have cubbies for you to store your personal items and a changing room with shower for client use.
