One-on-one Pilates sessions -

Work closely with a Pilates expert!

A 55 minute one-on-one session is the ultimate customized Pilates experience allowing you to work at your own pace and comfort level, through a specific injury or pain point, or anything you’d like to focus on in the moment. With different levels of Pilates Instructors- Apprentice, Staff, or Senior we can find the best fit for your energy and budget.

A ">Pilates Wellness Session $100 with Monica- our in house Senior Pilates Instructor and Certified Physical Therapist. This one-on-one session is a perfect fit for those with injuries still needing a physical therapist’s eye or those needing to pin point their exact aches and pains!

Pilates works best when practiced regularly and if you come to class on a weekly basis then a membership is your best deal. We offer flexible memberships that support every budget and schedule. A one time $30 sign up fee unlocks these monthly savings!
Pilates Machine and Pilates Mat

Small Group Classes

Our Mat classes will help you learn to activate your core while building strength and flexibility through each movement. Get a deeper understanding on how your body moves and build confidence in your movement successes. Each class takes place on extra soft mats provided and each class is unique and varied with the addition of small props like rings, bands, and small weights.

Our Pilates Machine classes are a favorite among students working with injuries or those looking for a unique strength workout they can’t get at a normal gym. They are taught on the Reformer which utilizes spring resistance for support or strength building variations for a fun and challenging workout. With each class limited to 5 students you benefit from more individual attention from your teacher.

All sessions require 24 hours notice of cancellation.
