You’ve heard those terms before but what are they? Well, they are much more than the latest fitness buzzwords – they are keys to a healthier lifestyle through mindful movement and Pilates.

Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, and toned body.

It is a safe, sensible exercise system that will help you look and feel your very best. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility and control of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.

No matter what your age or condition, it will work for you, but don’t just take our word for it. According to the SGMA, in the U.S. alone nearly nine million people participated in Pilates in 2009 – a staggering 456% increase from 2000.

Private Pilates

dedicated to you!

A 55 minute Private Pilates session dedicated to you! One instructor with one client. Private Pilates sessions allow for personal attention and tailoring to your needs and fitness goals. This option is highly recommended for clients using Pilates as a rehabilitation exercise program or have special requirements while exercising. Every new client is required to complete at least one private with us before entering group classes. Classes are 55 minutes.

Duet Pilates

one instructor with two clients.

This is the best of both worlds. You get lots of attention from the instructor but get to share the hour and the cost with a friend. Most clients that choose this option have a friend in mind when scheduling but we are more than happy to match someone of equal skill. We have a waiting list for those wanting a workout partner. Priced per person Classes are 55 minutes.

Small Group Classes

Pilates Group

session with 3 or more students.

These include our Small Group Reformer classes and Equipment Circuit classes. Our Reformer classes can accommodate 4 students and the Equipment Circuit class can accommodate up to 8 students. Packages expire in 3 months with all classes ongoing. Small group classes can be booked with friends with a standing appointment time or as part of a class. Share the costs and share the fun. Students must have permission to enter these classes if they have not practiced pilates in the CoreVelo Studio. Classes are 55 minutes.

It is more than just a physical exercise, and can radically enhance mental, emotional and spiritual well being..

All sessions require 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Failure to give notice will result in the full session charge.
